Joe is a thoughtful, independently motivated agent who loves to put his skills and local knowledge to work for his clients. Years of ocean lifeguarding at the Jersey Shore led Joe to seek a degree in geological oceanography at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, where he indulged his curiosity and spent a lot of time “studying” the beautiful beaches of North Carolina. After completing his thesis, Joe realized that his field did not give him a chance to utilize his interpersonal skills and moved to Europe after graduating with Honors.He spent his first post-grad year tending bar and working as a roadie in Amsterdam, and then was selected as an ambassador for the US Pavilion at the World Expo in Milan, where his fluent Italian was a definite asset. There he had an opportunity to lead business magnates, governmental officials, and plenty of Italian families on tours of the Exposition, in addition to making some truly incredible friends and crossing a few countries off of his bucket list. After returning from Europe, Joe made the natural decision to go to school for his real estate license. Having grown up in a family that lives and breathes Hoboken real estate, Joe experienced firsthand how exciting and dynamic real estate could be and was enamored by the opportunity to build his own business and his own reputation to stand behind.In the real estate industry, Joe has found the support of some of Hoboken’s finest and most experienced agents and the friendship of an incredible group of individuals. When Joe isn’t hard at work, he enjoys reading, surfing, or playing his guitar way too loud.
